Does anyone know if any websites that will let you upload videos to it?

My brother has a few vids that he made with his friends. They are kinda.... stupid.
Kinda Saturday Night Live meets Jackass meets Blair Witch-ish type.

Or if anyone knows if some place cheap to post them.

Any help would be nice.
He wants to get this stuff out there.
