Homework help? Where?

I'm so confused. I spend most of my time in the C++ forums and there are many people who ask for help with their homework.

Where do you get homework for C++?
Is it like a course that they are taking or somthing in college?
Or maybe they are doing some extra extra curricular activities in their highschool/otherschools?

Who the hell asks these kind of homework questions...?

Is that a serious question? People take college courses, high school courses, certification programs, ask work related questions, have their own projects, etc

mostly lazy schoolkids who'd rather spend their time playing videogames than getting an education but don't want bad grades because their parents might take their videogames away if they do.
