Hi. My name is Laura. I'm a Level 1 (sometimes Level 2) Help Desk Analyst. That's the official title. I do, however, do websites (mostly backend stuff), work with Access & SQL databases, play in code (vba, asp, some cf & php), etc etc.

I live in Kissimmee, FL and the company I work for is based in Chicago.

I am 37 & have two teenagers and a ten-year old. I don't really want to create a "personal" profile, so I hope this will do for starters.
