4-wall handball is arguably the most physically demanding of all 1 vs 1 court sports. It is played on a handball court (an enclosed room with hardwood floor and plaster walls - 40 ft long, 20 ft wide and 20 ft to the ceiling. The ball is a super-bouncing hard ball about 3/4 the size of a tennis ball. The players must wear gloves and eye protection. More information at www.ushandball.org.
