I have rows of 4 checkboxes where only one checkbox can be selected at a time. I now need to restrict the form from being submitted if one of those checkboxes for each row hasnt been selected, and I need a comment to appear to advise the user that 'all questions must be answered before submitting'.
Any ideas?
