Question for Techs

Hi Everyone,
I have an A+ certification and an up and running computer repair shop. It does well, but I would like to specialize more on data recovery from heard drives. I get lots of customers with such need, but I am yet to invest on a good piece of software/heardware to help me recover data. Does anyone out there has had experiences with hardware/software that is really effective for data recovery? I would apprecuiate the input.

I'm additionally curious about this data recovery business, I remember trying things like CompuApps' SwissKnife, and I liked it, but I wondered if there were better alternatives.

If any dood has ideas, it'd benefit solo recoverers like me additionally.

Get Data Back for FAT32
Get Data Back for NTFS

Those are both good...

The price is reasonable too...
