My sister-in-law who is running Windows 2000 just downloaded the latest version of Norton 2008. It installs up to a point then the following happens.

Another box comes on that says a file update may be available to help install your product we are checking now
Then the setup.exe box comes up “setup.exe-entry point not found
“the procedure entry point is Wow64Process could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.


Has anyone ever heard of this?
