need a program or virus!!! HELP!!!

I've been looking everywhere online to see if I can find a program that I can use to open up internet windows a certain number of times, say 20X, and then close them....then repeat, over and over. I don't know if that makes sense to someone in here...but if you understand me and you can help, then please let me know!!! Thanks heaps.
ps If there isn't already a program that can do this for me, does anyone know how much it may cost to commission someone to make it for me?

You can make one in about 5 mins using visual basic or something like that ;) but im not making it for you because you sid need a virus and i dont want you to make a virus as viruses are bad

my bad, I didn't know using "virus" was a no-no. I just thought it sounded kind of like a virus...that's why I said I needed a progam or virus. Do you think you can help me?

So which is it, click-fraud or Denial of Service ?

Or do you have a good reason for wanting to do this?
