websites not opening

i m not able to open many websites( www.msn.com , hotmail.com, hp.com.....etc) and i dont know what is the problem? Can anyone help me?

are you able to open them by ip? could be a dns problem

thanks No I am not able to open same websites with there ip addresse.
Do you have any idea? Please reply.

are firewalls installed? disable them.
and if that doesn't help - call your ISP for support
