Does anyone know any sites that publisher every monthfor keeping there ad on your site. all I know is matched.co.uk.

I doubt you'll find any company that is good and does this, it's purely not a viable solution for advertising.
I've done it a couple times with independent companies, but I strongly doubt there is a company out there that does it full time. It's simply too much micro-management for a company to handle.
