What is link wheel? Please suggest me in brief details. I need your help.

It's when site A links to site B and site B links to site C and site C links to site D and site D links back to site A. The concept is that there are so many links in the wheel that Google doesn't catch on that it's reciprocal linking. But they do. And it is somewhat blackhattish.
