Jump to PostI think that PR services is outdated thing, because there is too much of them and most of them didn't have contacts, sources to publish press release to mass media..
My opinion is better to choose a most popular blog or two of them and buy a post there :)

What is pr distribution sites, do you mean sites where you can check your own website page rank ?
