I am wondering about the following legal situation:
Can a over-the-counter medication be sold online worldwide without problems?
Or what would the problems likely be?
What would have to be done?

The idea is to send a medication that can be bought over-the-counter in Brazil. This medication is only produced and available in Brazil.

I recommend you to create a competitive intelligence on other drugs that have already done what you have done - both offline and online promotion and then analyze the areas of opportunities.
