Has anyone ever integrated egold.com payment gateway in your website? Is this a reliable payment gateway?
I added it on my site but their payment system seems a little complicated. Is there any potential issues I need to be aware of??

Egold is reasonably reliable, but as you said many new users find it difficult to understand the way to make payment and receive. If you have other choices, such as paypal, then ignore e-gold.
