twitooters has a spot where you ad your twitter id and it goes to the image how do thay do that? and how do they make money if its a free service?

I don't understand your first question. I thought you meant the page jumps down to the images when you click 'Go' but that doesn't happen for me. If you did mean than it would be using 'a name' anchor tags, but I don't see any in the code.
Twitter are funded by investors. I may be wrong, but I think the service has adverts in Japan. They are looking at other ways of making money such as charging businesses to use the service.
