I'm making an install cd for my computer in HTML/CSS where I just click the links on the cd and it takes me through the software installation. The only problem is i'm not sure how to write the links to say go to C: Drive from a CD. Is is possible?

Instead of

<a href="c://your file location><Your text to be displayed></a>
