Greetings,

Can someone point me to a tutorial (possibly with psd) that replicates as close as possible to the menu buttons found on www.massmutual.com

The menu and buttons are gorgeous and while I've seen tons of tutorials and "buttons" psd's, I have not found anything that resembles like that menu itself.

Any help appreciated. It appears they are using sprites as well.

Well you could use the suckerfish menu, but there's more goin on with the example you gave. Images are used in the mass mutual menu as well. But the suckerfish menu is a good start that creates cross browser compliant multi level menus.
