so i created a html file using adobe edge 6 and now i want to make it a usuable web page for my affiliate marketing bussiness how to i get it to have a http:// adress it now starts with file:// and ends with html

Do you have a domain name registered? Where are you hosting the site? Http is the protocol used to request content from a web server.

purchase doimain and server ,
once you buy the servere space they will give ftp control panel ,
lot of tools for hosting,
one of it filezilla
