Help Flash menu is displaying over HTML

Can any pls tell me how to put a Flash drop down menu over a html..... any referace, any tutorial or any codes ........ it would me grt help for me.......

putting a flash menu is no different than putting a normal flash menu. if you use flash or any other flash menu generator you may have an option to import it to HTMl. if you use a html editor it may also have a flash import wizard. here's something which may help you:

Actually you need to add the WMODE parameters to the HTML code
Where you are embedding the flash,
