How do you mean? Reset to factory specs, or to totally format the internal "drive"? Any why on earth would you want to wipe your phone completely?

commented: yeah, how to format the drive.... cos splitted into partitions to test the 4.2 android os. Now, i want to remove the partition so that 4.2 os will be the os on the whole phone........ +0

First, you need to "root" the drive. Then you can update as you prefer, but realize that the device may not support 4.2. Go to cyanogenmog.org for more help, possibly.

HE may be returning the phone and wants to wipe his stuff....

Usually in SYSTEM SETTINGS -> SECURITY -> BACKUP AND RESET -> FACTORY DEFAULT
