is this 3400+ 939pin version a good cpu? or should I go with the 754pin 1MB chache cpu?

I found a great deal with the cpu+mobo (nForce3 Ultra)+1Gb of RAM.

and since its 939 in a 1/2 year I can drop a FX-53 in there. so its it good even tho its only 512KB?

The 939 3400+ is limited to a hypertransport speed of 800Mhz (other 939 chips are 1000Mhz).

but the 754 socket 3400+ has the 1600Mhz FSb right?
