Hi My daughter has a Dell inspiron 1501 and has just bought a new charger. When I plug it in and switch on it says 'Battery not recognised' After doing diagnostic tests I got the following error codes 4E36:0749 ivalid AC adaptor reported and 4E36: 0122 reporting disconected charger. The power light is flashing 3 amber and then 1 green light. Can anyone help please

There is an updated bios on Dell's website to fix this problem.
