"It is about time to replace the consumable supplies. Please replace PAD ASY in paper feeder if the feeding capability is deteriorated.

After X pages, some scanners - like the Fi-5120Cdj - pop up this error. To make it go away, go to Control Panel\scanners and cameras
right-click the offending machine->select properties
under the 'device set' tab, clear the entry for Pad.

http://www.fel.fujitsu.com/support/scanner/manuals/5120C/enu/05/c05_01_01.htm will show you what the PAD ASY is.
