I need some help in locating this RAM. PC800 64MB 128bit 400/100 RIMM. I am told that this RAM has to come in pairs...is this true?

RIMMs are old RAMBUS style RAM. Prettty rare anyway, and now obsolete... and yes, it needs to be in matching pairs in terms of size,speed etc... also it will cost you a fortune. unless you get lucky on ebay or something. last time i checked a single 128mb was like £45!!!!!

yeah they are not cheap i have 4 stick in the shead ,forget actuall the size ,but i think they a re pc800 64 meg each ,but could be pc600 's
