most of the guys /gals here that are really into gaming and good graphics are on holidays ,so you may get some good suggestions after the holidays .

a good motherboard for the i5/i7 is the GIGABYTE P55M-UD2. It is cheap as i think its the entry level motherboard but it is a great microATX motherboard and excellent for overclocking and has had some great reviews.
if you're really serious about gaming though its gonna be hard to go cheap

where can i buy this ? Interested to have these specs,do u have Gigabyte P55 u4d +++ lcd monitor & peripherals ..any discount? thanks!

The problem with LGA 1156 mobo's are their lack of PCI Express 2.0 connectivity. Most gamers don't want to sacrifice any of the processor’s sixteen 5.0 Gb/s lanes for an add-in controller, since doing so steals bandwidth from the graphics card. ... the PCI Express lanes that come from Intel's P55, H57, and H55 controller hubs only run at the PCIe 1.1 data rate, severely bottlenecking performance.
the only way to get PCI Express 2.0 is to go with the X58 chipset mobo's...just my 2 cents worth
