i scrubbed my laptop's hard drive with acronis drive scrubber now i cant install new o s getting mbr error messages?? what do i do???

To fix a mbr, Download a windows xp boot disk try www.bootdisk.com (xpboot.exe) make a bootable fdd then use fdisk /mbr. Best bet is to delete partition then create it again or just format the partition from dos.
