I have tried everything mentioned in earlier posts. Still have intermintent start up failures. Push on switch red led lights, fan starts up for about 3 seconds then led and fan stop. Few hours later starts up and runs fine.

Still having boot problem. Will start up and run perfectly
dozens of times, just as it did when new up to last few weeks.
When it does not start up fully. The leds, power and hd light,
the fan starts and sometimes stops and I hear a single clicking sound. Other times the fan continues to run slowly, power led stays lit and volume control buttos will light when touched.
Yesterday I shut it down and restarted it 20 times allowing to stay on for 20 minutes up to 2 hours. It started up fine each time. On the 21st attempt it was back to boot error. I have tried cleaning, reseating, reinstalling drivers and bios, and doing facory reset. I am about to give up. Any help appreciated.
