Hey guys,

Just reformatted my PC, and like a dummy I didn't think to note what kind of sound card I have in the PC. Is there any way for me to find this out so I can reinstall my sound card drivers?

What makes it difficult is that I purchased the PC from a custom PC shop in Tokyo, Japan, so theres no way for me to contact the makers of the PC.

Anything I can do, or am I pooched?

Is it a physical (slot in) soundcard or built into the motherboard (on board)?

if its onboard then just google the model of your motherboard. If not then it should say on the card
