hi all...
i am planning on buying an 8800 GTS graphics card and i would like to know if my power supply can run it...

the graphics card req is:-

Minimum 400W or greater system power supply (with 12V current rating of 26A)

my power supply says:-

420W

+3.3V +5V +12V +5V +12V +5VSB
18.0A 33.0A 15.0A 0.6A 0.6A 2.0A

so which readings do i need to take for the 12V current rating of 26A :S

all those numbers on the power supply confuse me :D

The power requirements call for a combined 26A on the 12V rails.

What make and model is your PSU? It would be close, but if your PSU is a good one you may be able to get by with it.

this article brakes it down for power consumption.
