I have this old Hewlett Packard 830C inkjet and lately it's been printing gibberish...
that is to say, it will print a page with a few lines of something that looks like wingdings (the weird font on windows) with all the little symbols and that's about it.
I thought it was a driver and so I uninstalled the printer (which connects to the computer via LPT Parallel 25 pin) and reinstalled it using the driver from the HP website for the 830C/832(?) and it seemed to work for a little while (test page printed fine) but now it's at it again. Any help would be greatly appreciated
The printer will also connect via a USB cable, but I have not tried that... anyone know if that would help or not?
