When I put a memory stick duo into my J drive and click on it I get an error message, "windows cannot find Phin_nguoi_lon.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again" How do I solve thid problem? I was told this was a virus. I ran a virus scan program but it was no help

Yup - you have a worm on your Flash drive.

You might try this handy tool by sUBs:

I would also suggest that you run the steps listed in the linky below and submit the requested scanlogs:

  • Please post the DSS extra.txt as an attachment to your post using the “Manage Attachments” button (scroll down when composing your post).
  • Hold off on posting the Uninstall List. The DSS extra.txt ought to suffice.
