Hello All,
Let me start by detailing what happened.

First, AVG did a normal scan and indicated that I had an infection. AVG said it was a Trojan Horse name SHuer (or something similar). AVG said the infections were removed, but I noticed that my computer was having problems such as lots of popups and occasionally telling me that the internet connection was lost etc.

So, I decided to install Ad-Aware. Ad-ware found a whole bunch of infections and said they had been removed. Then when my computer booted up I got an error which said "Error Loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\wiselitu.dll The specified module could not be found". I also noticed that the computer was still having the same problems.

I then found this forum to help me. I did all the stuff in the sticky at the top of the forum. I went through the Add/Delete programs and deleted 1 program that looked unusual (it was called "Fred"). I downloaded and ran the March 2009 Microsoft Windows Malacious Software Removal Tool which said "No malacious software was detected". I ran ATF-Cleaner.exe which said about 100 MBs of stuff had been freed. I downloaded and ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware which detected 39 items. I removed all the items (some of the items could only be removed after the computer was restarted). I saved the log and will post at the end. I ran the ESET Online Scanner which found 5 items (I will post the log at the end). I ran HiJackThis.exe and will post the log at the end.

I am trying to figure it out on my own but am having no success. I believe there is something still inside my computer causing issues. Any body that can help would really be appreciated. I follow directions very well so just let me know what you think I should do. I read some forums about a tool called ComboFix but I think I am way underqualified to use this program.

Thanks for any and all assistance,
Kevin

Hi and welcome to the Daniweb forums :).

==========

Scan with hijackthis and place a check in the box to the left of the following entries;

O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-19\..\Run: [levakijepo] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\wiselitu.dll",s (User 'LOCAL SERVICE')
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-20\..\Run: [levakijepo] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\wiselitu.dll",s (User 'NETWORK SERVICE')

Close ALL Internet Explorer windows and then select "Fix Checked" in Hijackthis.

Reboot your computer and post a new hijackthis log.

Thank you so much for your help. Let me know what to do next. I will try to be as quick as I can with action / responces.
