Hi I am praying someone can help as I'm all out of options...We have been plauged with this error at work for over 12 months.....I have tried everything I know to try isolate the error including formating disks. WE HAVE A MOST UNHELPFUL OUTSORED IT company and an most unhelpful CAD support resource.....
I am left with trying to remove this error myself and this is really not my area of expertise........I am recieving this message at least 3 times a day. It only occurs when working in our CAD software called Solid Edge V20....The CAD support people denie its their software causing it and our IT people continue to blame the CAD software.....I am all out of ideas....we run a standard MS network with our CAD data on a Win 2003 Standard file server R2 and a HP4600xw workstation.......I have run a hijack log of the workstation shown below and was hoping someone can help me analyse it so I can eliminate spyware/virus as the cause.........Thankyou for any help......
