Every time I start my laptop, I am getting the following RunDLL error message:

"Error loading C:/users/emilly/appdata/local/KBDeracb.dll
The specified module can not be found"

I have searched for this specific .dll but can not find it anywhere. The closest one i found was "KBDbhc.dll"

I have an HP G6-244DX laptop (Windows Vista O.S.)

Any ideas on what is causing this?

It is hard to say.

Could be a legit .dll that's now borked, but I'll wager it's a malware .dll that has been removed, but the corresponding registry key is still there to call it on startup.
You can probably fix this most easily with HijackThis - just "Fix" that startup entry.

However, I recommend running MBAM and posting that log plus DDS as per the linky below:
