Can you describe what problems you are having?

Hi Chrisbliss18,
The problems are Icons and shortcuts disappear. My poker programs keep disappearing and also keeps giving me a 'JSWRESDLL not loaded' message every time i try and print, it opens multiple windows all with the same message. the only way i can close them is by using task manager and end task. i dont know what to do.

Did you ever get a response to this? I have the same error message when I am trying to print a document on a Lexmark Printer. All the windows close when the print happens, but something is obviously wrong.

How can you not see that, in 2005, they had a program installed?
-- It was somehow deleted.
Accidentally.
Now, they would like to have reinstalled for free.

Sounds pretty straightforward to me - all you have to do is reinstall the program.
