im havin this fake "virus Alert" msg constently ...
and i think that i have an ismon ishost problem ,

Does someone really want to sort through that whole log? Maybe, but probably not. I would suggest backing up your data, and then reformatting Windows. It also sounds like your hard drive data is fragmented, so it needs it anyway.

Even if you did manage to get that warning off, you've probably got other spyware and adware residing on your computer, so the best way to get it off is to get rid of it.
