Suspicious Item in a Hijack This log

I installed something that allowed the bridge.dll and a number of spyware related items to return to my laptop. I used AdAware and Spybot which seemed to remove the bridge.dll and other spyware items. After I did this, I ran HijackThis and came across a wierd process (see bold item below). I tried to install Earthlink from a CD I got a few days ago, but it did not install (which is fine b/c I decided I did not want it). But it still shows an item related to the Earthlink installer. I was going to remove it, but I was nervous that removing it might damage my computer. Please advise. :o

Hijackthis creates backups ,so if fixing that item does anything you can restore it with hijach ,I don't think removing it will hurt anything .

**edit** I have removed the entry, rebooted, run adaware and HiJack This. Everything looks like it is running properly. If you see anything from my initial Hijack This log outside of the portion in bold that needs to be addressed, please let me know. Thank you again. :)
