You have more than Vundo on your PC.

Download
SDFix
and save it to your desktop.

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the
following :

Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the
Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
Choose your usual account.

In Safe Mode, right click the SDFix.zip folder and choose Extract
All,
Open the extracted folder and double click RunThis.bat to
start the script.
Type Y to begin the script.
It will remove the Trojan Services then make some repairs to the
registry and prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
Your system will take longer that normal to restart as the fixtool
will be running and removing files.
When the desktop loads the Fixtool will complete the removal and
display Finished, then press any key to end the script and load
your desktop icons.
Finally open the SDFix folder on your desktop and copy and paste the
contents of the results file Report.txt back onto the forum with
a new HijackThis log

Can you please do the following.

Can you disable Windows Defender as it may interfere with the removal process. Please leave it disabled until your PC has been given the all clear.

Open Windows Defender
Click Tools
Click General Settings
Scroll down to Real Time Protection Options
Uncheck Turn on Real Time Protection (recommended)
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button
Close Windows Defender

Run HiJackThis then:

1. Click "Open the Misc Tools Section"
2. Click "Open Process manager"

Next, while holding down the CTRL key, locate (if present) and click on (highlight) each of the following:

C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\bwgo000c1d9f.exe

Now double-check and make sure that only those item(s) above are highlighted, then click "Kill process". Now, click "Refresh", check again, and repeat this step if any remain.

Scan with HijackThis and then place a check next to all the following, if present:

Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

Note that some of these file(s)/folder(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're 'in use', try deleting them in Safe Mode by doing the following:

Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear.

Select the first option to run Windows in Safe Mode hit enter.

Reboot.

Download CCleaner and install, then run it.

Uncheck "Cookies" under "Internet Explorer".
Click on Run Cleaner in the lower right-hand corner. This can take quite a while to run.
Close when finished.

========

After rebooting, rescan with hijackthis and post back a new log. Please let me know how your pc is now.

Scratch this. I ran Vundofix again and it got it (the 4th time) THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was about ready to reboot my whole damn system

I'm sorry it has taken so long to reply, but I was away for a few days. Unfortunately I am behind a firewall (Websense) that will not let me download programs from an unrecognized source, which unfortunately counts your link for SDfix. Is there another way for me to get that program by myself or is it possible for you to email it to me?

Can you please do the following.

Can you disable Windows Defender as it may interfere with the removal process. Please leave it disabled until your PC has been given the all clear.

Open Windows Defender
Click Tools
Click General Settings
Scroll down to Real Time Protection Options
Uncheck Turn on Real Time Protection (recommended)
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button
Close Windows Defender

Scan with HijackThis and then place a check next to all the following, if present:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: winrnt32 - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winrnt32.dll

Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

1. Please download The Avenger by Swandog46 to your Desktop.

Click on Avenger.zip to open the file
Extract avenger.exe to your desktop

2. Copy all the text (including the 'Files to delete') contained in the code box below to your clipboard by highlighting it and pressing Ctrl+C:

Under "Script file to execute" choose "Input Script Manually".
Now click on the Magnifying Glass icon which will open a new window titled "View/edit script"
Paste the text copied to clipboard into this window by pressing (Ctrl+V).
Click Done
Now click on the Green Light to begin execution of the script
Answer "Yes" twice when prompted.

4. The Avenger will automatically do the following:

It will Restart your computer. ( In cases where the code to execute contains "Drivers to Unload", The Avenger will actually restart your system twice.)
On reboot, it will briefly open a black command window on your desktop, this is normal.
After the restart, it creates a log file that should open with the results of Avenger’s actions. This log file will be located at C:\avenger.txt
The Avenger will also have backed up all the files, etc., that you asked it to delete, and will have zipped them and moved the zip archives to C:\avenger\backup.zip.

5. Please copy/paste the content of c:\avenger.txt into your reply along with a fresh HJT log by using Add/Reply

Is this firewall installed on your PC? Can you disable it for the period of the download? I think I will have the same problem emailing it to gmail.
I attempted to use my gmail account for the last file and it was refused. I then sent it through my ISP email and gmail refused to accept it.

The firewall is hardwired into my internet service, and I have no way of bypassing or disabling it. nor can this computer be removed. perhaps gmail will allow it if you chainsaw the file first (or something similar)

As soon as Gmail sees the attachment, it refuses it and I get one of those Postmaster emails. If I were you I would complain about the severity of the firewall as it does not allow you to download those files that you want.
You may need to download it to a different PC onto a flash drive or something.
