Like Linux has GRUB and LILO as bootloaders what is the analogous thing in Windows?
Can Any one help how Bootloader works and how is MBR different from GRUB or LILO?
and what is its(MBR) Role?

Boot loader is a very simple piece of software.It generate the instruction for computer what hardware and software is installed in it .Every disk has a small part called boot sector.When disk with a boot sector that has something written on it.This process called boot loader.
