regarding bugzilla

hi when i tried installing
/usr/bin/perl -MCPAN -e 'install "Template"'

it gives me this error message what sould be done
make: *** [test_dynamic] Error 2
/usr/bin/make test -- NOT OK
Running make install
make test had returned bad status, won't install without force
so what sould be done. every sugestion will be valuable.
