installing Eclipse C++ plugin to current eclipse SDK

I have already downloaded eclipse SDK (the java version) but wish to download CDT so that I can write in C++. Referring to the website ( http://www.eclipse.org/cdt/downloads.php ) I tried exactly what they said. I went to help-->Install new software--> clicked ADD --> and pasted in the location ( http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/galileo ) since I have galileo. I get a message indicating that there is no repository found at that location. Can anybody tell me what i'm doing incorrectly?

Possibly pertinent information:I'm running linux (abuntu 10.04 LTS-the Lucid Lynx) through a virtual box in windows.
I'm running windows 7, 64 bit. I know when I originally installed eclipse on my desk top using windwos 7 64-bit some things were broken. I thought the same may be the case here

Thank you in advance!

Usually I get either help or at least irritated but ultimately helpful criticism...maybe it was a bad question.

Anyway, it ended up being just a glitch from that day. The next it connected to the repository and I downloaded the plugin.
