JMF Installation fail

I was wandering if someone have ever install JMF on ubuntu before using the .bin package from sun site. I've being having problem while installing it. THe error it show was 309 file not found during extraction.

No. I usually install the package in my distribution's repository. What file did it say it could not find?

I've try installing it from repository but it came up with not found. Can you help with the command
