Jobs running continuously on the server

Jobs are running in server continuously for feeding purpose and it is being monitored on web health monitor.

It contains job name, Server, last run, time since
last ran.
Below are the cases,
If the last run>time since last run the jobs are running fine.
If the last run<time since last run the jobs are pending and need to be restarted again.(This part is done by using nohup command)

And the last case is last run=time since last run it remains in pending jobs for few seconds until the time since last run exceeds.
Is there any command in linux to overcome this pending jobs for few seconds?

Thanks :?:
