whenever I try to open a file straight from the net, i get this error. It can't access the temp folder or something.
And why it says content.IE5\ I don't know, since I have IE6.

Your RAR program may not be smart enough to wait for the file to finish downloading, so it simply fails trying to open a non-existant file.
Either try a newer RAR tool, (I use Powerarchiver for RAR, Winzip for everything else), or open the file after you've downloaded it.
