I guess it is related between web browser and mail service. I want to know if it is safe. but I could not check it out from web.

this file was blocked by network firewall several times, but i even do not know if i need to block it.

Have you noticed any change to your computer....How long has it been blocked for?
Mainly, what I'm trying to get at is if your computer isn't being affected by the .dll then I wouldn't change anything..but if you notice a MAJOR decrease in speed or something...run a HijackThis and post a log in the Virus's Spyware, and other nasties...
But mainly, if your not having any issues then I wouldn't change anything!
