Hi
I installed a fresh windows xp professional sp2 , i had a little surfing on the internet . So ,when ever i restart my computer i had a 1 minuter freeze on startup .

Thank you for your effort of reading .

east to read ,no effort ,to under stand now for me thats an effort ,so you think the little surfing on the net caused you 1 min freeze on startup .where were you surfing ,program crack sites ,porn sites or p2p downloading ,or were you just surfing news sites or what .please explain
also check event viewer for errors .
in start/run type in , eventvwr , and go to system section ,see if there are any reported errors

also ,you did a fresh install of xp did you install motherboard chipset drivers from a disk for the motherboard or are you just relying on Windows xp version of the drivers for these things

ok, I formated disk ,installed a fresh xp pro sp2 with all drivers ,i had a few hours on cracked sites and had a few downloads (exactly i downloaded a "Couter-Strike Source" key generator so it all look like like a key generator but it was a just a small computer program who disable my registry so, i can't stop him from runing on startup and i also can't get in my command prompt .

I noted that ,i can't load regedit from run ,cmd ,and my windows firewall is down ,i can't start it again.

Heh.... some key gen. Not much is for free these days. You gotta realise, some folks don't like cracks and gens for their pgms being put about on the net so they make their own which are designed to cause you some trouble, other crack n gen makers are paid to put ad trojans in their lil pgms... either way, if you get a bad one you pay; problems are time, time is money.
Right, run these:
Clean:
==Get CCleaner from http://www.ccleaner.com/ - and install it in a new folder. You should keep this one for general use. I set the installation checkboxes only to open from the recycle bin. It's neater that way.
Now run CCleaner from the recycle bin rclick menu using its default settings [if you set up CCleaner as i suggested, rclicking the bin icon should give you the Open CCleaner option...].
and scan:
==Download this file to your desktop: http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
- to run it dclick combofix.exe and follow the prompts to start it. When finished, it will produce a log, C:\Combofix.txt - post that log in your next reply.
A word of caution - do not touch your mouse/keyboard until the scan has completed. The scan will temporarily disable your desktop, and if interrupted may leave your desktop disabled. If this occurs reboot to restore the desktop.
and again:
==Please use IE to do an online scan at panda:- http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan?
-select a link to the scan... free online virus scan...., enter a valid? email and follow through, choosing My Computer for a full system scan.
Post the log it produces here.
==download hijackthis: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download5554.html
-copy it to a new FOLDER placed either alongside your program files or on your desktop and then... rename hijackthis .exe to imabunny.exe
-in that folder start HijackThis by dclicking the .exe; now close ALL other applications and any open windows including the explorer window containing HijackThis.
-click the Scan and Save a Logfile button. Post the log here.

Thank you ,you are really nice guy .

What... that's it? All fixed? But I would like to see the logs, there are always problems left behind to sort out. I'd be happy to look at them if you post them here.

Hey you really like to be in trouble with WINXP, first i use a ccleaner then i instaled AVG -anti virus ,and he return my CMD, regedit ,... ,and that is generated a another problem with svhost ,i have few alert messages from windows on startup ->
( He said that he can't run svhost form windows /system32 because he do not exist, so i go in that folder to look my self and it was a false message so i do not know how to stop these messages from start up so i go to registry and find all kind stuff like svhost witch run on star up and delete them and that is not solve my problem so i formated disk and i learn to not mess with warez or i will need a years to figured out what he did my computer :( .

Thank you for your time gerbil ,you are a really nice guy .

Arrgghh.... you formatted and reinstalled? Well, okay, but mostly I or someone else here can fix those sort of problems without going down that path. And we even enjoy doing it for you. Try us out next time you have problems.
Cheers, kv.
