Can anyone help me with getting rid of this pop up window? IEXPLORER.EXE In my windows task manager this is how the pop up window is identified. It comes about every 5 minutes and disappears. How can I get rid of this annoyance?

I love it.

I thank you for your help but it seems Spybot wasn't able to fix the problem. Any other suggestions? I did some research and have found some people have gotten results using Ad-WareAlert. What do you think of this?
