Hi - Although not a serious problem, it is an annoying one seeing as how so many of the emails I receive these days are from friends who have added cutsey things. Is there any reason why OE won't display these .gifs and insists on making them attachments? Thanks for your replies!

Jump to PostTools -> Options -> Read. Untick "Read all messages in plain text".

I checked Tools/Options/Read and "Read all messages in plain text" is already unticked. Is there anything else that should be done or do I just live with it?
