Recently dowloaded an upgrade version of AOL
Got an error blue screen 00000024 I believe.
Resolved blue screen issue with DEll Tech.
Now I can not Drag and Drop, Copy and Paste.
The paste is greyed out.
Internet explorer wont even open, when I click on the shortcut it pops open and shuts in barely a second.
I was told to do a restore, but have not backed up my Pics Vids Movies and music for about 6 weeks ago.
Any Ideas?

Sorry, bad use of words.
They want me to a do a reinstall of the operating system and restore it back to its original configuration.
I am all for the fresh install but need to backup everything first.
