I am unable to send the mail in my outbox...I am using windows xp.
What could be wrong?

Open OE, click Tools, click Accounts, your account should be highlighted, click Properties & then click the Servers tab. Verify that your Outgoing mail server (SMTP) is correct. If your unsure what it should be I recommend you call your ISP. HTH
